Update - We're continuing to investigate intermittent image generation failures in Rise 360 and Storyline 360.

Image generation and editing features are available, but some image requests may fail. In most cases, retrying the request once or twice successfully generates the image.

In Rise 360, AI-generated courses are now processing as expected again.

Monitoring - We’ve fixed the issue that caused delays when provisioning users through SSO in Articulate 360.

Provisioning is now working as expected. Some users may still notice short delays as systems fully catch up.
